◆ 中国(北京)国际门业展览会(简称CIDE-国际木门展)是中国乃至全球国际性、规模化的品牌木门专业展览盛会,是中国木门行业的晴雨表,展会创办于2002年,是由中华人民共和国商务部批准的国内唯一木门行业国际展览会,由权威主办机构中国木材流通协会木门专业委员会和中国科学技术投资有限公司及专业展览机构北京伟士佳合展览策划有限公司联合主办,历来以成交额大、国际性强、专业观众质量高而享有“全球木门第一展”的美誉。是木门企业达成最终交易、促进市场行业发展、推动商务合作、提升品牌形象的首选平台。
Originated in 2002, CIDE not only can reflect the situation and development of china wood industry, but has become an international, up-sizing special exhibition all around the world for the brand wooden doors. 4、特装单位自行负担展台展览期间的水电费。
4. Specially decorated stands shall be responsible for the water and electricity expenses during the exhibition preparation and exhibition.
5、①网上展厅服务费:1500元/年(凡参展企业至少选择一年展厅配套服务);
Fee for exhibit on line: RMB1500/year (at least one year’s set of exhibit services for each exhibitor)
②一次购买2年服务,免费赠送1年服务、一次购买3年服务,免费赠送2年服务;
One -time payment for 2 years’ services, another year’s free service is available; for 3 years’ service, another two years’ free services is available.
③对于未能及时预定到国际门业展览会展位的企业,要求加入中国国际门业展会网上展厅的,需另外加收50%的服务费。(详情见附件或http://www.edoorweb.com)

【参展资格Exhibition qualification】
凡从事展品大类所列产品的研制、生产、销售,已在中华人民共和国注册登记的企事业单位,中外合资、独资企业均可报名,。参展产品应经国家技术监督部门检验通过,产品符合相关国家行业标准。
Chinese enterprises, Sino-foreign joint ventures and foreign-funded enterprises that are engaged in the research and development, production and sales of the products covered by the exhibition and have been registered in the People’s Republic of China are qualified applicants. The exhibitors shall pass the examination by national technical supervision departments, and their products are in compliance with relevant national industrial standards.

大会会刊免费刊登全部参展商名录及企业简介。文字内容以回执表或邮件为准,中英文对照。大会会刊为16开铜板彩印,刊登广告采取自愿原则,收费标准如下:
The exhibition publication publishes the exhibitor catalog and enterprise profiles for free. The text part is based on the returned form or mail in both Chinese and English. The exhibition publication is A4 copper etching color print. The exhibitors can put advertisements on the publication based on the following criteria.

【申请程序Application procedure】
1、申请单位填写完参展申请表并签字盖章后,传真或邮寄至大会组委会办公室。公司简介文字限300字,要求中英文对照填写,文字清晰准确。
1. The applicants shall fax or mail the filled, signed and stamped Exhibition Application Form to the exhibition Organizing Committee office. The company profile shall not exceed 300 words, and shall be clear and accurate, in both Chinese and English.
2、主办单位将按照“先申请,先付款,先确认”的原则安排展位。
2. The sponsors will allocate the exhibition stand according to the principle of “first come first serve”.
3、申请单位应于一周内支付参展费用的50%作为定金,参展费用收到后,主办单位将以书面确认函的方式,最终确认展位,余款在
3、Exhibitors shall pay 50% of exhibition cost as down payment within 7 days after registration. When receiving the down payment, the sponsor will finally reserve the booth for exhibitors through the written confirmation. The rest of the sum should be settled up before 1st October, 2008. Those exhibitors who participate in the exhibition after 1st September, 2008 don’t need to pay down payment but should make one-time payoff within a week after the confirmation.
4、申请单位将电汇凭证传真至大会组委会,组委会将在大会开展提前一个月寄送《参展商手册》,协助参展单位完成参展前的各项准备工作。
4. The applicants shall fax the wire transfer voucher to the Organizing Committee, and the Organizing Committee will mail the “Exhibitor’s Manual” one month before the commencement of the exhibition, and assist the exhibitors in the preparation before the exhibition.

【注意事项】
1、凡演示设备需用水、动力电、压缩空气的参展单位,请于开展前一个月申请。
1. Exhibitors that need water, power and compressed air for the demonstration equipment shall make application one month in advance before the exhibition.
2、展览会期间,参展商不得擅自撤离展台或将展台租借给他人。
2. During the exhibition, the exhibitors shall not dismantle the stands or lease the stands to others without permission from the Organizing Committee.
3、展览会期间,参展商只能宣传或展出报名申请表中登记的企业单位的产品。
3. During the exhibition, the exhibitors can only promote or exhibit the products specified in the Exhibition Application Form.
4、凡报名参展单位与展品范围不相符的企业,主办单位将取消其参展资格,并没收其参展产品且所交展位费不再退还。
4、Once the exhibiting products don’t belong to the scope of exhibit, sponsors will expropriate these products and disqualify the exhibitors without reimbursement of their exhibit fees
5、本届展会鼓励参展企业产品设计多样性和技术的创新,严禁抄袭和模仿,一经发现主办单位有权将其清除展场,且已缴纳参展费用不再退还。
5、The diversity of product design and the creation of technology are encouraged in this exhibition. Copying and Imitating are both forbidden. Say sponsors have the rights to clear them away without reimbursement of the fees.
